To care for this dainty little piece it can be cleaned with mild soap, water and pat dry with a soft cloth. It can also be cleaned with a gold jewelry polishing cloth or put in an ultrasonic cleaner to clean as well just try to keep the turquoise stone out of it as turquoise is sensitive to heat.
